About Us

About Us

We are not a denomination, nor a new organization. We are simply Christians in Los Angeles, standing on the ground of the oneness of all the churches, with Christ as our center, our life, and our all.

01What We Believe

We believe the sixty-six books of the Bible are God's complete revelation; that God is uniquely one, yet triune — Father, Son, and Spirit; that the Lord Jesus is God incarnate, who died on the cross for us, rose the third day, and became the life-giving Spirit; that whoever receives Him as life is regenerated and becomes a child of God; and that the church is the Body of Christ, His fullness and His expression on the earth.

02Christ as Life

Christianity often presents Christ as a historical figure, a set of teachings, or a moral example. But the Scriptures reveal that Christ today is the Spirit, dwelling in our spirit to be the very life and supply of our daily living. We gather not to hear a fine sermon, but that Christ may be ministered out from each one.

03The Church as the Fullness of Christ

The church is not a building, not a denomination, not a human organization, but the assembly of all the regenerated — the Body of Christ. In one locality there is only one church, not divided by nationality or by denominational history. Being in Los Angeles, we are simply brothers and sisters in the church in Los Angeles.

04Meetings in Which Everyone Functions

First Corinthians 14 says, "You can all prophesy one by one." In our meetings there is no platform-and-audience divide. Everyone may sing, pray, read the Word, and prophesy, ministering the Christ they have experienced. This is why we treasure home meetings and small groups — there, life can be cared for and built up one with another.

05Our Fellowship and Ground

We share one fellowship with all the churches on earth. We are helped by the ministry released through brothers such as Watchman Nee, Witness Lee, and Titus Chu, yet we follow no man and take no man's name. Among us there is no clergy class; brothers serve according to the measure of life, and sisters coordinate in love.

First time here?

We have written a simple guide: what a meeting is like, what to wear, what about children, and whether you will be asked to give.
